Who We Are

Our student ministry exists to create lifelong disciples of Christ by leading students to encounter Jesus, by assisting families and volunteers in discipling students, and through Christian community, including friendship and mentorship.

When We Gather

Midweek Student Gathering:

Wednesdays | 6:00–7:00 PM | Youth House

Midweek is the heart of our student ministry at FBC Cairo. Each Wednesday night, students in Middle School and High School come together for an hour of connection, fun, and spiritual growth.

We begin the evening with a high-energy game to help break the ice and build friendships. Then we move into a time of relevant, Bible-based teaching designed to challenge and encourage students in their faith. The night concludes with breakout groups, where Middle and High School students split up to dive deeper into the lesson through discussion and application.

Whether your student is exploring faith for the first time or growing deeper in their walk with Christ, Midweek is a welcoming space to belong, grow, and thrive. We’d love to have your student join us!

Sunday Morning Bible Study:

Sundays | 9:15 AM | Youth House

Every Sunday morning at 9:15 AM, our students gather in the Youth House for a time of breakfast, fellowship, and Bible study. This relaxed and welcoming environment helps students connect with each other and prepare their hearts for the day.

We start with a time of community and celebration—sharing announcements, recognizing birthdays, and lifting up prayer requests as a group. After this brief large group time, students split into boys’ and girls’ Sunday School classes, where they engage in relevant, age-appropriate Bible studies designed to help them deepen their understanding of God’s Word.

This is a meaningful time each week for students to build relationships, ask questions, and deepen their faith together.
